Cheung Chau Ching Jiu

Cheung Chau Ching Jiu is a traditional festival held in May at Cheung Chau Island, Hong Kong. The aim of this project is to create educational cards that could be used in schools to inform students about the festival as the significance of this festival is beginning to disappear. The final pieces consists of a set of cards and a proposal book that all fits inside its container.
The images on the cards are objects used in different stages of the festival and the text are explaining the purpose of the objects. Each step of the festival holds great significance which is why I decided to use one card with one image to represent each step.
